How I can help

Three areas of law, one plain-English approach.

Family, property and immigration — the areas that most affect our community's families, homes and futures. Whichever you're facing, you'll get the same thing: clear advice, in a language you understand, from someone genuinely in your corner.

Also here to help with

  • Wills & estates

Wills, powers of attorney and estate matters — so your wishes are clear and the people you care about are looked after.

  • Intervention orders

Family violence and personal safety intervention orders — practical, supportive help whether you're seeking an order or responding to one.

How it works

Three simple steps — starting with a hello.

  1. Reach out

Send a short message or call. Tell me what's going on in your own words — you don't need legal terms or a tidy summary.

  2. We talk it through

We'll have a clear, jargon-free conversation about your situation and your options — in person at Epping or remotely, in English, Nepali or Hindi.

  3. We make a plan

You'll leave knowing your next steps and what to expect. If I can help, we'll get started — at a pace that works for you.

Good to know

Questions people ask me

Do you speak Nepali?

Yes. नमस्ते — I'm part of Melbourne's Nepali-Australian community, and you're welcome to speak with me in English, Nepali or Hindi. Legal words can be confusing in any language, so I take the time to explain things clearly whichever you prefer.

Where are you based, and can we meet remotely?

I see clients at the Vision Overseas Group office in Epping, in Melbourne's north, and I also offer remote consultations by phone or video across Greater Melbourne — so you can get help wherever you are.

What areas of law do you help with?

I work across family law, property law and immigration law. That covers separation, divorce, parenting and property settlements; buying, selling and transferring property; and visas, partner and family applications and citizenship. I also help with wills and estates — including powers of attorney — and intervention orders. If your matter sits outside these areas, I'll point you in the right direction.

I'm not sure where to start — can I still contact you?

Absolutely. Many people reach out unsure of what they even need. You don't have to have it figured out — just tell me what's happening, and we'll work through your options together, one step at a time.

How do fees work?

Costs depend on what your matter involves. The best first step is to contact me — I'll explain clearly how fees work for your situation before you commit to anything, so there are no surprises.

What's it like to work with you?

You'll get plain-English explanations, honest advice about your options, and someone who treats you like a person — not a case number. I'll always be upfront about what I can and can't help with.
